For the PCs:
This hold is bare, except for a few rolls of decayed silk and velvet. A jeweled sword is fastened to the wall to the left. Fastened on the opposite wall is a heavily tarnished common looking sword.

For the DM:
A large rusted padlock hangs broken from the door. The barren hold is a testament to Jillian's depleted finances. The jeweled sword will disintegrate upon being touched, however, the 8 jewels are worth 10 gp each. Careful inspection of the tarnished common sword will reveal that the blade has not lost its edge and is, in fact, a magical short sword know as "Final Rest". It is +1/+3 vs undead and does not suffer the half damage multiplier that most edged weapons require. It should be awarded to the first character approaching it (assuming the greedy will go for the jeweled sword) as a reward for humility. An empty set of fastenings can be found just above it.
